Schedule upgrades

Automatic upgrades of IxProbe are turned off by default. If you want to upgrade the IxProbes, you must complete one of the following:

  • Turn on automatic upgrade
  • Schedule upgrade of a IxProbe
Turn on automatic upgrade

To turn on automatic upgrade of all IxProbes, complete the following steps:

  1. From the IxProbe Element Manager dashboard in list view select .
  2. Select Settings to open the IxProbe Settings pop up.
  3. In the IxProbe Settings pop up, from the Auto Upgrade drop-down list, select Enabled and select Save.

 

Schedule upgrade of a IxProbe

To schedule upgrade of a IxProbe, complete the following steps:

  1. From the IxProbe Element Manager dashboard in list view select .
  2. Select Settings to open the IxProbe Settings pop up.
  3. In the IxProbe Settings pop up, from the Auto Upgrade drop-down list, select Scheduled and select Save.
  4. Go to IxProbe Element Manager dashboard and select the IxProbes for which you want to schedule the upgrades.
  5. Select and select Set Upgrade Schedule from the drop-down list to open the Set Upgrade Schedule pop up.

  1. In the Set Upgrade Schedule pop up, complete the following step:
    1. In the Upgrade Schedule option, select On to turn on the upgrade schedule.
    2. In the Scheduled Date box, set the date and time for the schedule and select Save.

    Date must be in YYYY/MM/DD format.
